Lending Library
The Lending Library is a collection of resource materials and various items to assist individuals/families of all ages. The Lending Library is located at the Kingswood Centre in Montague. Clients who presently train in our workshop have constructed the custom shelving units to house the library materials which also provided additional skill building opportunities and a sense of pride for the finished product.
The Lending Library currently has an array of items appropriate for various ages and diverse needs and we continue to build on this. The items purchased will fall into eight categories from communicative to adaptive to tactile to assistive. There are electronics, hand held musical items, assistive cutlery, etc., and the list continues to grow.
